- Priority connection of RES plants to the electricity grid;
- Guaranteed period of 25 years for the purchase of electricity produced;
- Preferential purchase prices many times greater than current market prices;
- At higher purchase price compared to other renewable energy sources for producing electricity;
- Priority funding under the program "Rural Development Unit 312 and 311;
